
Does the order include a gift box?
All standard deliveries, including domestic and international Eco Post shipments, arrive in a box customised with the Five Senses logo - the perfect gift packaging. Five Senses is delighted to offer this packaging free of charge to all customers, with no need to select the option at checkout.
For international express deliveries shipped with FedEx, parcels are delivered in the courier’s packaging.

Can I amend my order before it is shipped?
Amendments can be made before the warehouse has processed the order. If you’ve changed your mind, we suggest that you contact Customer Service immediately and they will check the status of your request.
How can I pay for my order?
You can pay with all major credit cards or via PayPal. All payments are processed securely and encrypted in accordance with international standards.

Within Israel
- Store Pickup – Collect your order from a nearby convenience store or pickup location of your choice. You will receive an SMS once the parcel is ready for collection.
- Locker Delivery – Convenient pickup from your chosen locker location.
- Home Delivery – Courier delivery to your address within 1–7 business days.
International Orders - Economy Delivery (Ecopost) – Handled by the local postal service in your country. Estimated delivery is 5–12 business days, depending on the destination.
- Express Delivery (FedEx / EMS) – Delivered by courier directly to your address within 2–4 business days.
All delivery options include tracking. Final shipping rates and available services are displayed at checkout based on your location.
What are the delivery times?

What are the shipping costs?
Shipping rates are determined by your delivery region and will be displayed at checkout. Each order is carefully shipped with trusted couriers to ensure a smooth and reliable delivery experience.
What happens if I am not at home when my order arrives?
Within Israel –
Deliveries are handled by UPS. You will receive an SMS notification on the day your parcel is scheduled for delivery.
If the courier is unable to reach you, delivery will be reattempted. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to avoid delays or return of the parcel.
Once a parcel has been marked as “delivered” or returned due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, Five Senses cannot be held liable for additional shipping costs or delays.
International Orders –
• Economy Delivery (Ecopost) – Shipments are handled by the local postal service in your country. If you are not at home, delivery will usually be attempted to your local mailbox or postal branch. In some cases, a collection notice will be left for you to pick up the parcel from your nearest post office.
• Express Delivery (FedEx / EMS) – Couriers will attempt delivery to your address. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, a reattempt will be made. You will also receive a notification or delivery note with instructions to reschedule or collect your parcel.
Please ensure your contact details are correct and that someone is available to receive the parcel to avoid delays or return of the shipment.
Once a parcel has been marked as “delivered” or returned after multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts, Five Senses cannot be held liable for additional shipping fees or delays.
Can I ship to any address?
Yes. We offer international delivery. Availability and rates can be checked at checkout.
How does the exchange policy work?
You may request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused and in new condition. To submit a request, please complete the Return Form. Once submitted, our Customer Care team will contact you with the next steps.
