
Does the order include a gift box?
All standard deliveries arrive in a box customised with the Five Senses logo, the perfect gift packaging. Five Senses is delighted to offer this packaging free of charge to all customers without any need to select the option at checkout. For international express deliveries, parcels may be shipped in the courier’s box. In this case, you may leave a note at checkout to request our branded packaging inside your order, so it arrives ready to gift.

Can I amend my order before it is shipped?
Amendments can be made before the warehouse has processed the order. If you’ve changed your mind, we suggest that you contact Customer Service immediately and they will check the status of your request.

What are the delivery times?

What happens if I am not at home when my order arrives?
The courier will contact you to arrange delivery. If you are unavailable, you may request the parcel to be left in a safe place (such as by the door, in a meter box, or with a neighbor). Please note: in such cases, responsibility for the parcel transfers to you, and Five Senses cannot be held liable for loss or damage.

How does the exchange policy work?
You may request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused and in new condition. To submit a request, please complete the Return Form. Once submitted, our Customer Care team will contact you with the next steps.
