Does the order include a gift box?

All standard deliveries - including domestic UPS and international Eco Post shipments - arrive in a signature box, custom-designed with the Five Senses logo.
Each piece is beautifully packaged, ready to gift upon arrival.

We are delighted to offer this premium packaging free of charge to all customers, with no need to select it at checkout.

For international express deliveries shipped with FedEx, parcels are sent in the courier’s protective packaging.

How can I pay for my order?

All major credit cards and PayPal are accepted.
Every transaction is processed securely, and an order confirmation is sent immediately once payment is complete.

How does the exchange policy work?

You may request an exchange or return within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn and returned in their original condition and packaging.

WHAT DELIVERY OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?

Delivery options vary by destination and are clearly displayed at checkout based on your address.
Each order is shipped with trusted couriers to ensure a reliable and seamless delivery experience.

Within Israel
• Pickup Point / Locker Delivery – Choose a nearby pickup location or locker at checkout. You’ll receive an SMS notification once your order is ready for collection.
• Home Delivery (UPS) – Delivered directly to your door within 1–7 business days, with advance SMS notification.

International Orders
• Economy Delivery (EcoPost) – Reliable standard service handled by the local postal partner in your country. Estimated delivery: 5–12 business days, depending on the destination.
• Express Delivery (FedEx) – Fast courier delivery directly to your address within 2–4 business days, including full tracking.

All shipping options include tracking. Final rates and available services are shown at checkout based on your location.

What are the delivery times?

Delivery times depend on your location and the selected shipping method.
We do our best to make sure every order reaches you quickly and smoothly.

For most destinations, delivery takes 5–7 business days.
Shipments to remote areas may take up to 10–12 business days.

The exact estimated delivery time will appear at checkout once your shipping address is entered.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected service.
You’ll see all available options and exact prices before completing your purchase - no hidden fees, ever.

Each parcel is carefully prepared and shipped with trusted couriers (FedEx, UPS, and EcoPost) to ensure a smooth, reliable delivery experience.

What happens if I am not at home when my order arrives?

Within Israel
Deliveries are handled by UPS. You’ll receive an SMS on the scheduled delivery day.
If the courier cannot reach you, a reattempt will be made.
To avoid delays or return of the parcel, please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.

International Orders
• Economy Delivery (EcoPost) – If you’re not at home, delivery will usually be attempted to your local mailbox or nearest postal branch. A collection notice may be left for pickup.
• Express Delivery (FedEx) – If you’re unavailable, another delivery attempt will be made, or a notice will be sent with instructions to reschedule or collect your parcel.

Once a parcel has been marked as delivered or returned after unsuccessful delivery attempts, Five Senses cannot be held liable for delays or additional shipping costs.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking link will be emailed to you so you can follow its progress at any time.

Can I ship to any address?

Yes. Orders may be shipped to residential, business, or gift addresses.
