SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Available shipping methods, charges and estimated transit times are displayed at checkout before the order is completed, according to the destination and selected shipping method.

Made-to-order items are dispatched within up to 5 business days. In-stock items are dispatched within up to 1 business day. Transit time is additional to order preparation time.

Customers must provide complete and accurate shipping and contact details. If an additional shipment is required due to incorrect details or failure to collect a parcel, its cost will be communicated in advance, subject to applicable law.

Once the order has been dispatched, an update with tracking details will be sent. Customers may contact Customer Care about delays or delivery issues. Using a third-party carrier does not limit Five Senses’ obligations under applicable law.
