Returns & Exchanges

At Five Senses, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If an item isn’t quite right, we offer a simple and straightforward returns and exchanges process.

Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition with all tags attached.

Exchanges

Exchange requests are subject to product availability and may be submitted through our Returns Portal.

Returns Within Israel

Customers in Israel may return items through our dedicated return service.

A return shipping fee of 30 NIS will be deducted from the refund amount.

Detailed instructions will be provided once a return request has been submitted.

International Returns

Customers outside Israel are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Five Senses cannot be be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds are processed within seven business days from the date the returned item has been received and approved.

Defective Items

If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, please contact us through our Contact Us page. We will gladly review the matter and provide an appropriate solution.
