Submitting a request

You may notify us of a cancellation within 14 days of receiving your item or the transaction information document required by law, whichever is later. Size exchange requests may be submitted within 14 days of receiving your item.

To begin, complete our Returns and Exchanges Form.

Please return your item in its original condition, unused, unwashed and unaltered, in its original packaging with all tags and accessories supplied with it. You may carefully try the item on to check the fit.

Returning your item

After you submit your request, we will send return instructions for the country from which you are returning your item.

For returns within Israel, our return service uses the return label enclosed with your parcel. Drop off the parcel at the location specified in our instructions.

For returns from outside Israel, you may arrange shipping through us, subject to service availability, or use a carrier of your choice.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and vary by country and service. If you use our return service, the cost will be provided for your approval before the return is arranged and deducted from your refund.

Size exchanges

Exchanging the same style for another size is free of charge, including return shipping and delivery of the replacement item, when arranged through us and subject to availability of the requested size.

Cancellations and refunds

A cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction amount or NIS 100, whichever is lower, applies where permitted by applicable law. No cancellation fee or return shipping charge will apply to defective items or in other circumstances where applicable law provides an exemption.

For a full cancellation under applicable law, the refund will include the amount paid for the items and original shipping, less any applicable cancellation fee and return service charge.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice, in accordance with applicable law.
