Processing & Delivery Times
- All orders are processed within up to 3 business days from the time of purchase.
- After dispatch, delivery times vary by destination and selected method. For most locations, orders arrive within 5–7 business days; deliveries to remote areas may take 10–12 business days.
- The estimated delivery time for your address and chosen method will be displayed at checkout.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates vary by destination and are automatically calculated at checkout according to your delivery address and selected service. The available options for your location will be shown during checkout.
Delivery Options
Within Israel - Pickup Point Delivery – Collect from a nearby convenience store / pickup location of your choice. You’ll receive an SMS once the parcel is ready for collection.
- Locker Delivery – Pick up from your chosen locker; an SMS with a code will be sent once the parcel arrives.
- Home Delivery (UPS) – SMS notification is sent on the scheduled delivery day. If the courier is unable to reach you, delivery may be reattempted. Please ensure someone is available at the address to avoid delays or return of the parcel.
International Orders - Economy Delivery (Eco post) – Handled by the local postal service in your country. Delivery is typically to your mailbox or local postal branch; a collection notice may be left when applicable. Tracking is provided.
- Express Delivery (FedEx / EMS) – Delivered by courier to your address. If you are unavailable, another attempt may be made or a delivery notice issued with instructions to reschedule or collect. Tracking is provided.
If You Are Not at Home
- For Israel Home Delivery (UPS): Please ensure availability on the delivery day; if delivery cannot be completed, it may be reattempted.
- For International Economy (Ecopost): A collection notice may be left for pickup at your nearest postal branch if delivery isn’t possible.
- For International Express (FedEx / EMS): You may receive a notification or delivery note with next-step instructions if you are unavailable.
Once a parcel has been delivered, or a collection notice has been issued, Five Senses cannot be held liable for loss, damage, or delays. Parcels returned after unsuccessful delivery attempts may incur additional shipping fees.
