Shipping & Delivery

At Five Senses, every order is handled with care - from the moment it’s placed to the moment it arrives at your door.
We work with trusted couriers to ensure a smooth and reliable delivery experience, wherever you are in the world.

Processing & Delivery Times

• Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
• Estimated delivery time and cost are displayed clearly at checkout, based on your address and selected method.
• Most orders arrive within 5–7 business days; deliveries to remote areas may take up to 10–12 days.

Delivery Options

Within Israel
• Pickup Point / Locker Delivery – Choose a nearby location or locker at checkout. You’ll receive an SMS once your parcel is ready for collection.
• Home Delivery (UPS) – Delivered directly to your door with advance SMS notification.

International Orders
• Economy Delivery (EcoPost) – Reliable standard service handled by the local postal partner in your country. Delivery is usually to your mailbox or nearest branch, with tracking included.
• Express Delivery (FedEx ) – Fast and fully trackable courier delivery to your address. If you’re unavailable, you’ll receive instructions to reschedule or collect.

Tracking & Support

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with full tracking details.

If You’re Not at Home

If a courier attempt is unsuccessful, a notification or collection notice will be sent with the next steps. Please make sure someone is available to receive your parcel to avoid delays or returns.

Please note: Once a parcel has been marked as delivered or a collection notice issued, Five Senses cannot take responsibility for loss, delay, or damage beyond that point. Returned parcels due to repeated failed deliveries may incur additional shipping fees.
